We have had the privilege of working with Wine Maker Mark Wysling this fall at his Parejas Cellars winery in the Yakima Valley city of Grandview. From collecting vineyard samples to running lab work, from sorting and de-stemming to cleaning the bladder press (over and over and over), and preparing barrels, fermentors, punching down (over and over and over) this will be a season to remember.
